Shipping policy

1. Dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 24 hours of payment on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Tamil Nadu).
Orders placed after 2 pm on Saturday, or on a Sunday or holiday, ship the next business day.
All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

2. Delivery time (India)

Shipped via Delhivery from Panruti, Tamil Nadu.
Typical delivery is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Metro cities are often faster; remote or North-East pin codes may take up to 7 business days.
These are estimates. Weather, strikes and festival volumes can add a day or two.

Family Box and Pantry Box always ship free.

4. International orders

We ship to selected countries at a flat ₹1,800 per order. Delivery takes 10 to 15 business days. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the customer's responsibility, and some countries restrict food imports, so please check before ordering.

5. Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email (and WhatsApp, where enabled) as soon as the courier scans your parcel. You can also see the status under your order on this site.

6. Address changes

Need to correct an address? Message us before dispatch and we will update it. After dispatch we can request a change with the courier but cannot guarantee it.

7. Failed deliveries

The courier will attempt delivery up to three times and call the number on the order. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was refused, we can reship it for the applicable shipping charge, or refund the product value minus the shipping cost we incurred.

8. Packaging

Pasta packs are sealed at the factory and shipped in a corrugated box. If a parcel arrives crushed or opened, photograph it before accepting if possible and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for damaged items.
