Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of priyamorganics.in (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Priyam Enterprises, trading as Priyam Organics, 11A East Street, Poongunam, Panruti 607106, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Our products

  • We sell packaged food. Ingredients, allergens, nutrition facts, net weight and best-before dates are printed on each pack and summarised on the product page. Our pasta contains wheat and is made in a facility that handles cereals containing gluten. Read the label if you have allergies.
  • Product images are for illustration. Colour and appearance of the cooked pasta can vary slightly between batches.
  • Store packs in a cool, dry place and consume before the printed date.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Shipping is shown separately at checkout as per our Shipping Policy.
  • Payment is collected in full at checkout through our payment gateway (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
  • We may correct pricing errors. If a product was listed at a clearly wrong price we will contact you before dispatch and offer to proceed at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

4. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock shortages, suspected fraud, or address problems, with a full refund of any amount paid.
  • Quantities per order may be limited so that stock is available to more families.
  • Offer codes and free-shipping thresholds apply as described at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.

5. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, the Kids-Approved Guarantee and refunds for damaged or missing items are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Your account and information

You are responsible for giving us an accurate delivery address and a phone number the courier can reach. If you log in with a one-time password sent to your phone, keep that device secure. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

7. Reviews and user content

If you send us a review, photo or message and give permission, we may use it in our marketing with your first name. Tell us at any time if you want it removed.

8. Intellectual property

The Priyam Organics name, logo, fox mascot, pack designs, recipes, photos and website content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather or events beyond our control, or for indirect losses.

10. Grievance redressal

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints can be sent to our grievance contact at admin@priyamorganics.in or WhatsApp +91 98916 09060. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu, India have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order applies to that order.
